, no it is not, this is Japanese only no English Translation at all. / visual novel might be good, I'll have to keep an eye out for it, it just came out on June 30th, 2017 in Japan.

When I try to open the game after I put in the Cracked .exe file, the game just says "Invalid argument count" Can someone help me?
