Is anyone else getting the error "This game is Japan Only"?

stephtoa make sure you are using a locale emulator or your region is set to Japan. Is there a cancel option with said error? There is another game I had that gave me that error and all that had to be done was hit a cancel button.

This is shit game ISO image file size is 4.4gb but folder game size is only 600mb its have dummy file in ISO file you need to install Windows Japanese Language Pack from Windows Update and change Windows to Japanese Pack

Hey guys I am back! The thing that got it to work was downloading the NoRegion Loader. I tried all of the other solutions like having my region and time set to Japanese. I did not try the installing the Japanese pack so that might work for next time.
