so how will the end of exhentai affects the upload now?

I'm worried about that too. Exhentai is shut down now and E-hentai is reportedly scheduled to close in 6 months as well. Since most of the doujinshi and manga are delivered from Exhentai / E-hentai, it is likely to cause a great decrease in the number of uploaded doujinshi and manga.
