Just noticed that when compressed from a higher resolution to a lower, the picture gets sharp edges because of compression by adjacent pixels, if the player is normal interpolation, why not. Although it's better to wait for an upscale then, from some Mucho or animeidhentai (But it's hardly because of the Eng SUB). But because of the hardsub, everything is ruined, of course some of it can be painlessly removed, but... on uncensored episodes, unless Avidemux

I just checked out their catalogue, yeah they only licensing that short hentai eps so far, but that's fine as long as it comes uncensored. I read it years ago that its not about money but Jap producers just don't want to license to overseas anymore because of western culture and shit but I hope it change soon.

And I read this information. Japan passed a law banning the display of genitals, and began censoring all of its 18+ projects. And they continued to sell abroad without censorship. But the people of Japan, didn't want to watch it censored, and downloaded videos from abroad. So the government decided that the market was suffering because of this and they needed to sell the censored version abroad as well. Foreign retailers did not appreciate this joke and stopped buying such content, and their commercial network collapsed, consider that they shot themselves in the foot. With the lapse of time the Internet grew much stronger, a lot of online viewing sites appeared, and DVD carriers fell into oblivion, and foreigners lost interest in buying content on a hard drive, due to which Japan and the anime industry as a whole still lives. But the practice of buying uncensored versions remained, mostly as more time passed and apparently cheaper the final cost, so about a year ago, some foreign resource bought all the anime from BOOTLEG studio.

I was thinking to upload this, but my plan was to use the bd rip in the normal parts and replace the censored parts with these. The quality of the uncensored parts would still be bad but at least it would be more enjoyable to watch the full episode.

I also thought about it, but we need at least a normal upscale.

Yeah, you're right, the censored BD version of ep. 6 ends at 5:46 before the ED starts. Seems like the ripper messed that up.

Do you plan to rip either of the other uncensored Coolmic shows in the not-too-distant future? The titles currently on offer are "What She Fell On Was The Tip of My Dick" (Joshi Ochi) and "Fucked By My Best Friend" (Kuro Gal ni Natta kara Shinyuu to Shite Mita). As hilarious as the fansub of the former may be, I'd love to see the official localization of either title, and I'd especially appreciate being able to check them out in their uncensored glory. I think the manga version of that series (as opposed to the webcomic version) has been released here uncensored up to Volume 11. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. That said, I wouldn't mind being able to buy hard copies of any of Coolmic's comics / anime adaptations if it were actually possible. As far as I know, the only titles available uncensored in English are "Fire in His Fingertips" and "The Titan's Bride"...

Fair enough, I understand where you're coming from. A while back, I had half a mind to import the uncensored Trimax DVDs for a number of titles from Germany -- until I learned they were all PAL-formatted with color/blur issues, invasive watermarks, janky framerates, and erroneous hardset titles (honestly, who let "Righteous Ninja Haruka" / "Beat Blades Haruka" go gold master with the title "Xtra Credit #1" in place?). As luck would have it, a number of those same Trimax titles have recently gotten "proper" domestic Blu-Ray treatment -- namely, "Aneimo" as "Four for Foreplay" and "Tsuma Shibori" / "Beautiful Sisters" as "Triple Sex Tribulations" (I put the "proper" in quotes because I'm not a fan of arbitrary renames). In any event, I appreciate the honesty. Time will tell if can hold out for a domestic hard copy release of the uncensored Coolmic titles or if I decide to bite the bullet and pick them up digitally. I never expected "The Titan's Bride" to get a physical release, so who knows how things'll pan out...
