(iyashii... iyashiiiii!). the former, original line loosely translates to "that's so annoying/i'm so annoyed" while the latter loosely translates to "that's such a low blow/you're despicable," and is the subject of the meme. basically, JP senseis have come up with a list of kivotos girls who would be the type to effectively entrap Sensei by getting pregnant with his kid and forcing him to go steady with them. like, poke-a-hole-in-the-condom types of girls. these girls include (in varying levels of "unreasonableness"): Midori, Yuuka, Chinatsu, Serina, Miyako and Hiyori. these girls and their (imagined) tactics to snag Sensei for themselves are said to cause an involuntary utterance of 「卑しい・・・卑しい〜!」 by other girls as well as Senseis themselves. As one example, apparently (I'm on Global so I have no idea of the context of this) Swimsuit Miyako ends up showing her phone to Sensei in one of her Momotalks, and JP Senseis started warning each other "watch out, she's gonna use a saimin app on us!!!" I say all this because Sensei in this book describes Mika's womb as 卑しい on page 17. Now you know!
